"By signing this form, I understand that I am releasing all claims for injury, I or my child may sustain through any of our programs. I agree to assume full risk and to waive, relinquish, and release all claims I and/or the participant may have against, indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Off-Szn Training Club. This release includes OTC officers, agents, servants, and employees from such claims resulting from injury, damages, or loss sustained while participating in the OTC program or event. I understand that I am responsible for all personal insurance and understand that I must cover any medical costs incurred for my family participating in this OTC program. I also understand that every precaution is taken to protect the safety of each participant."

Refund/Cancellation Policy *

The Off-Szn Training Club’s events/camps are limited to a certain number of registrants, and many of our events/camps sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least seven days prior to your scheduled event/camp. This will allow us to offer your spot to another registrant. You may email us at offszntrainingclub@gmail.com at least seven days prior to your event/camp to cancel. Please note, we do not offer refunds within a seven day window from your scheduled event/camp. If you do not cancel with at least seven days notice, you will lose any payments you have already made. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your payments can be applied to a future Off-Szn Training Club camp/event.
